He is referring to the forum rank achieved based on number of posts. It is based on the US Army rank structure and not the USMC. He would like to get that changed to USMC based on the game's use of USMC. ;)

The Army ranks was a downloadable thing .. it may take some time to find USMC ranks this size, or as good looking. It may be just too much of a hassle.
