Hi all,
New user 1st post so go easy on me pls.
Ive found a tactic that works quite well in some maps.
Ok here gores.
1) Spawn as Spec ops.
2) Find a Car, A buggy is best as it goes fast.
3) Stick all your C4 packs on it, switch to the remote detonator, get in the car Alone, DO NOT PICK ANYBODY UP.
4) Now drive the car as fat as you can to the enterance of the base, or as close to the flag or target you are wanting to attack.
5) As you are going to use the car to carry the bombs to your target, you need to be able to jump out of the car before you get close to the target, but you need to be going fast enough so that when you jump out, the car should keep going for a bit.
6) Once youve got the target in site, floor the pedal, timing is paramount, when you think your going fast enough jump out, if you have pre-seleted the C4 detonator you will just have to press the button, and if all is well the car will have rolled close enough to the target and boom.
This tatic works very well in some maps, or maps with enclosed capture points. It clears the area, and the smoke and dust thrown up, give you about 2 seconds to get in to cover.
I use this tactic quite often to take out tanks as a last resort, and I have blown up 2 tanks and a chopper all at one on dragon valley. :D
But dont do it every time you spawn as you will just piss of people wanting a car, and eventually you will just mined, or they will attack all the armour so you dont have cars.
As a tatic on lone tanks, taking over your flag it works well, better than sneaking up behind it, and trying to plant the c4 on it, as usually there is someone hiding around and will pick you off.
Also as the car comes in people focus on it and move towards it to attack, but if all goes well they end up being blown to f**k. :laugh:
