Ive used several tuitorials and still cant figure it out. Ive create my own server and enable everything needed to be enabled.

I type in demo.recordDemo (name) and i get a thing that says Client can not record (somethign alogn those lines). I know how to edit and create DVD movies. Its aggrevating I cant record in BF2. (I dont use fraps cause it slows down the system and I cant do the 360 stuff anyways. Any help for the noob would be great!! :cry:

Make a LAN game and you can do it.

1. Load up Single Player mode/Start a LAN server

Step 2. Press this (`) to open the console

Step 3. Wile in the Console type this command Demo.recorddemo yournamehere should look like this "Demo.recorddemo El-JeFe"

Step 5. If in single player run around and kill stuff if in LAN mode just like run around and act like your killing stuff

Step 6. To finish recording the vid type this in console "Demo.stoprecording"

Step 7. Go to My Computer, Local Disk, Program Files, EAgames, BF2, Mods, BF2, Demos, Copy and paste the files into your documents.
