The <a href="http://www.bsgmod.com/" target="_blank">Rise of Kobol</a> mod website has been updated recently with some new renders of the Colonial Warrior Cycle. Check out the renders below:
If you're a bit older and have followed the Battlestar Galactica series since the 70's then you'll really apreciate this model. It will have short simple fight charicaristic and be a quick way for the Kobol Army to get around. Now here is the Kobol Armies Colonial Warrior Cycle the Warrior KTX-1300:

they could use the wings for steering or guidance of some kind. Thats the practical explanation.

It's an exact model of the cycle used in the BSG series Galactica 1980. IT has short flight and hence the wings. :)
