At the bottom of every page, it says the current time. It says that that time is in GMT. As Norway is GMT+1, my time should be one hour ahead of the time indicated on the bottom of this page. BUT, i'm actually two hours ahead, according to this clock.
So, is the clock wrong or is there something i'm not getting here?

All times are GMT +1
this is because GMT has swaped to BST which is Gmt+1 then it swaps back in the winter
BST = british summer time

well we put our clocks forward in the summer so we go to GMT +1 which is BST then put them back 1 hour in the winter i think
UK Standard Time = GMT
UK Summer Time = BST (British Summer time) = GMT+1
it means that we keep the same amount of daylight hours

OK, so i'm actually GMT+2 right now.
I always thought they moved GMT aswell, so it never changed.

Thats why friday night i was almost late for our GA meeting cause james had put 9.30 gmt... which basically would have ment 10.30 as we are +1
