Does any1 know a very smart way to get higher rank?

Does any1 know a easy way to get a higher rank?
(without cheating)

1. Use the search function on the forum - it really helps, as the same question is asked over and over again.
2. Be a medic, play urban maps and do a lot fo revives / heal people / throw medic kits on the groud. You can also tank whore.....
3. Go to one of the tracking websites to check when the top people play and how they play - in many cases it will be Medic/Strike at Karkand.

play support or medic in urban maps only. I used to play medic but when I tried support I found I get alot more scores playing that then medic.

I got Lance Coropal for 8 days now....
But my stats still says that i have private first class.
I also got a lot of new medals..... but you can't see them at the awards yet.
Sometimes it even says i have private first class at the scoreboard! :hmm:

Does it always take so long???

Yeah, same happens to me , bfqh are verry slow and lazy geeks and dont do there job properly ...it takes like 1 week for the traker 2 realize you got some,ands sometime it dosent work at all. So many bugs on bf2 ..hope desert conflict fixes all this **** , Uthersize i wont be playing thing long if this keeps up.

in my experience, you have to stay "in game" for awhile after the promotion to get it "to stick" . I know it sounds stupid, but it happened to me a couple of times. on the 3rd time, I just kept playing for awhile after. then log out, log back in, and you should see the right stuff in BFHQ.

I had the same Problem.. I updated PB And i Cleaned out my cache File in "My Documents"
Started BF2 and i was premoted straight away!
(May Have just been A Coincidence tho)
