Dr. Bullet

Well, both the blackhawk and its MEC/PLA equivalent.
Anyway, this is my guide on how to be unstoppable.
For Capping Flags
Pilot should be a medic. That way anyone that gets shot will be automatically healed.
The gunners (with main chopper guns) should be support so that the other guys will have unlimited ammo.
The other three seats should be engineers whose sole job is to wrench on the chopper.
Also, something I've been seeing the last couple of days is pilots landing to cap a flag. Allow me to admonish you: NEVER LAND! I was in a chopper that was OWNED by a sniper. He got 6 kills of it just by tossing grenades into the crew area. Landing puts you in too much danger of: mines, C4, grenades, and easy headshots.
Put the Engineers to Work
Fly low and fast over enemy vehicles so that the engineers can drop mines. The chopper is a fast, effective way to get to those pesky enemy vehicles and blow them up.
Be a Nuisance
Replace two of the engineers with Spec Ops. This way, your team has a very fast way to get to the enemy commander's assets. Simply fly near the assets, the Spec Ops guys toss some C4, they are re-supplied by the support guys, and when the chopper is far enough, they detonate.
Of course, you don't just want to sit there waiting for their assets to be repaired, so you can fly around and the Spec Ops can C4 vehicles, flags, even troops.
The important thing to remember is that the C4 isn't detonated too soon.
Engineers, Start Wrenching
Sometimes when you lean down to fix the chopper, you don't get the special noise or the little wrench picture. Don't worry, keep wrenching! Just adjust the area you're wrenching at and watch the chopper's health bar. If it goes up (or goes faster since you have other engineers), you'll know it's working.
Closing Thoughts
It's always a good idea for the pilot to start a locked squad and for the crew to be invited to it. That way 1) You don't get guys who just want to be in the chopper, and 2) If you get killed, you can spawn in the chopper. Furthermore, the pilot should always be a medic. His guys in the cabin are going to get shot up, and as long as he's a medic, they'll be healed automatically.
I hope you liked it...if you have anything to add, please do. These tactics make for great fun (at least for the chopper people), and I'm always open for more ways to have fun :D
