Hey everybody,
I'm having me an Xbox 360 almost PURELY for the droolworthy Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. Our lass wants a DS so she can play Nintendogs in work, and I am hoping against hope that the new version of Elite (being worked on now by the original author, David Braben) will run on my old beaten up 9600XT.
Also I saw a pretty awsome demo of a game called "Alan Wake" (obviously to do with Awake, as its a day/night theme) along with ES:O on Gamespot.co.uk

So whats everyong else looking forward to? If you can guys, tell where we can see info on your choices, like Gamespot or something.

Since your getting the Xbox 360 Oblivion is a great choice, the game never gets old. Also if your going to play on xbox live i suggest getting Battlefield 2 Modern Combat the game is only fun online and it is fun to compare the console game to the pc game. Also Madden 07, i know everyone had some bad experiences with Madden 06 with the 360 but the graphics are amazing and the game play is not all that bad. And of course wait for Halo 3.

Only PC game I am really looking forward to is SUPREME COMMANDER. No, you cannot say that name without all caps. A strategy game of that magnitude deserves nothing less.

I suppose Fighter Ops, but I have not heard much about that game, as it gets literally no publicity. Far as I can tell they have not even posted anything from the game engine. [Edit: Oops, it was Fighter Ops, not Flight Ops. The thing gets so little publicity I already forgot the name]

Storm of War: Battle of Britain looks to be a great follow up/sequel to the IL2 series. Models, especially cockpits, look fantastically photorealistic.

Crysis, eh. It's impressive and all, but I'm worried about this whole DX10 hardware fiasco. Pretty much screwed over anyone who just recently upgraded to ultra-high end cards like the 7900 GTX or the X1900XTX.

oh my god... that game looks like its going to be amazing they did a great job with that video going from vid clip to game play clip very smoothly.
