You can't. The EA release note for the beta editor mentions a single player editor which hasn't been released yet, I'm afraid. (It'll be a plugin for the current editor, just like the Level Editor, terrain editor, object, etc.)

With any luck it'll be out soon, and we can have a proper SP mod that'll have bots go everywhere on the original maps!

I heard it's possible to add bots in your maps without the editor, by tweaking the code... Ask someone who as done that in a mini mod (there are a lot) where it allows single player on 32 or 64 maps...
