View Full Version : Threads Moved To Vault...

Well, I have noticed that there are a number of threads in the vault that have not warranted being moved there. Some have been for ideas on the VA. Others informing people about new airplanes for FS. Is it possible for someone to move these out? They have done nothing to warrant it, and when people look at them, they develop a prejudice against the authors.

Yeah I noticed this too, vaulted threads should be threads advertising illegal stuff etc, not threads that aren't needed anymore :p

One of the threads in there is a guy asking for a payware CaptainSim C-130 for free. Which is illegal.

EDIT: I believe that some of the VA stuff was moved because it was old and doughboy moved it so the forum was more organised.
However i have NO IDEA why sochins thread was moved.

That is true AeroTow. But the VA things should have been DELETED not moved to the vault. Like I previously said, if you comb through the vault and look at the 'thread starters' in there, you will begin to form a prejudice about them.

I do and don't agree, the Vault isn't there so we can all laugh at people who have threads moved, i noticed that two threads are yours ( the VA ones), and i doubt any members would be naive enough to hold a prejudice against you. However i do agree that those threads SHOULD have been deleted instead of moved there.

Hey KC-10, we don't delete things, because if a problem is caused we would then need them for reasons.

The Main reason I moved the VA threads there was because I was trying to organize the VA, and we started all over again. I know some of the ideas in those threads were good, but they weren't needed anymore, no prejudice against the authors at all. In fact, you can still view them, it would be better to move them to the vault where they can be viewed, then to be deleted where the ideas would disappear all together.

The reason why posts are moved to the vault or archive is simple its to keep the place tidy. Some of you might not be too familiar with the way MYIS sites works but one thing I do know about them is that Crazzy likes to keep things tidy.

And the reason I put my post in the vault is because it served no purpose as the TFS fleet is primarily FSX based and not 2004.
