Viewing Avatars Need help badly!

I really need help because Im new to the forums,

When everyone makes a post their avatar doent *** up next 2 their name and the same thing goes with me.

I have a sniper as an avatar and you can only c the avatar if u go to another link,

Is there anyway 2 fix this annoying problem?:confused:
