Highest graphics?

Hi, I was just wondering if a 256MB PCI Express x16 NVIDIA GeForce 6800 and 1024MB of RAM will run BF2 smoothly on it's highest graphics, like the graphics in all of the gamewizard's screenshots. :D Thank you.

You'll probably need to upgrade your RAM to 1.5 GB or 2 GB for SMOOTHNESS with all settings on high.

So if you don't want to upgrade your RAM, then turn down a few settings...

Either that or wait for v1.03.

That card can certainly handle the settings though no problem. It's the way this game chokes on RAM!

smooth here! defo 2gb ram for ironing out the HDD reads! 1gb is hopeless, if you open BF2 then minimize and check memory usage in task manager when i had 1gb it left me with 4mb free, i think it uses 750mb with high settings and then xp's usage ontop of that
