Posted this in a wrong section so just re-posted here.
First of all my specs :
*AMD Athlon 64 2800+
*512 mb DDR memory
*NVidia GeForce FX5200 128mb
Now my settings are :
Texture : MED
Geometry : HIGH
Dynamic Light : MED
Effects : MED
Everything else on LOW...
So those who have the SAME video card, post screenshots with your settings if it's different than listed above because I want to see the best settings to have the best play quality.
thx

Those are pretty much my specs, and I run on all low, and consider it a miracle that it even runs. If you run the game with that PC and those settings, What FPS are you getting? About 1?

Sorry I dont know much about computers so tell me what people means by 'What FPS you get'
by the way I found better settings :
Terrain : MED
Effects : MED
Geometry : MED
Dynamic light : MED
all the rest on LOW. No lag. No freeze. All run very smoothly.
Even though I can't help out, I'd like to say thank you. I'm going to be getting a PC like this soon, and it's good to hear someone can play decent with that card :).

I have 1 gig ram and the 5200. I can run it on med-low, and the FPS is amazingly good for a **** card like that

Make sure you put effects on high, I think thats more important than all the other ones and it doesnt slow it down at all. Without good explosions the game isnt worth playing.

Why don't people ever post what resolution they run at a thread like this? It's a very importants aspect to both graphics and speed. A computer running low settings and 1024x768 can have better graphics than one runing 800x600 on medium.
