Chuggy Game Play

All to often when i play BF2 i cant fly anything or run into the 10 people fire fights because it seems i get a chug or connection problem. Ive called my ISP and they came out to "amplify" my connection but still chuggy.I defrag often, used adaware,and closed usesless applications but nothing seems to help. Off of xfire i used the steam engine bench mark and got a .9 score(Severe Lag for most games). So i dont know whats up with my connection, should i complain once again to my ISP? Does anyone else have any ideas?

What are your system specs, and in-game settings?

Do both a speed, and line quality test. (You will need to create an account for line quality).

Intel P 4 2.66ghz, 1 gig of ram,Radeon x800, and a generic Asus motherboard.

In-game settings are All on medium except Terrain, Dynamic Light, Texture Filtering, which are on low. and i dont have AA on.

EDIT: Resolution at 1152x864@85Hz i range from a low 20 FPS to a 60.

Look at my spec, brand new machine no spyware or trojans, but i still get "chugg" or stuttering (especially in vehicles/aircraft)with settings on high and AA on x4.
Waiting for patch, if it isnt fixed in the next patch im dumping the game for COD2.

Ironic? Wow, I just dont know what it is whether its my disfunctional system or my internet connection who knows EA has left us clueless

I also get this and it makes the game VERY horrible! I'm on NTL and i get Connection Problems every 5 mins, they are the most crappest inet providers ever!
