Joystick Sensitivity

I got a Saitek ST90 (cheap joystick) and it doesn't come with drivers or anything. It works in BF2 but I would really like to UP the sensitivity a bit more. I've checked the BF2 settings and Window settings but there is no option for it. How do I do it, is there any 3rd Party Programs?
