hum some people may have saw my 2 last plane stunt video and i saw they dint make it to the file of the week... i was upset about it and then i was wondering why... because all my video are in 1st person or 3th person view and with the game hud on it. this is quite boring after a long time... so i was wondering if it it possible to battle recorder my stunt by making my own server? playing in my own server to not have the "the game will start when 1 more player join" in your face and the freaking hud on the screen.
RESUME: i want to know if it is possible to battle recorder my stunt by making my own server and being able to download it whitout an internet URL... so as some maybe see, i really suk about internet stuff and battlerecorder things... plz can you help me?
many thanks:D

hey
do you want to be able to have other people in your server? if you do then i cant help you but if you only want it to be you then just go start-> All programs-> EA games-> battlefield 2-> Launch battleild 2 standalone server.
BTW... is there anyone who actually know how to get a server running from ur pc where others can join?

Go in your own server and before you start stunting type this in the console.
demo.recorddemo insert a demo name here
then once you have done that and want to finnish recording that stunt type this in cosole:
demo.stoprecording
(also the demo will stop recording when you change level or end game, but when i record my stunts i record them individually so i dont have to watch random footage of crashes etc...)
then these files will go into:
programme files/ ea games/ battlefield 2/ mods/ bf2/ demos/
then you need to copy the contents from there and put them into:
my documents/ battlefield 2/ profiles/ default/ demos/
then finally when you go on Battlefield 2 go to the Community page and click on the demo you want to watch.

Can you move around "within" the demo like with Battle recorder?

many many many thanks bro;) ... i really owe you one this time... now the stand alone server must work this time cuz the last time i used it... no server started; and before, it was.
so i write: demo.recorddemo_stunt#1 for example or : demo.recorddemo stunt#1
