Can not continue campaing

I tried to start up the mortain counter attack campaing mission but it got about 3/4ths of the way through loading and then it just went back to the main menu. Do I have to finsh Mortain again in order to get to the counter attack. I tried all selecting from campaing list, the auto saved thing, and continue campaing.

Its also asking if I would like to take the tutorial first again and it stopped the first time i said no on omaha beach

Yeah you have to finish the Mortain to get to the counterattack one, if this continues, delete the saved one and restart.

well i alrady restarted and did the whole campaing over it is alot quicker when you do it on easy.

What I did, is I first did the campaign on easy, to get right through it.. then after a I was comfortable with CoH, I did the missions(deppending on difficulty) on med or high.

I play it on easy and even there I'm not that fast at all. :confused:

Hi,

I have this nice little problem with my CoH OF: when loading the map Valkenswaard, it freezes when about 75% is done, it shows me the three guys and it says "loading" beneath them, then it throws me back to main menu... So it's the same problem ;) What to do??

I tried re-installing with no succes. I have also downloaded some fix for the patch 2.3 (some ppl suggested this), but it didn't work either. It was
named COH2300dev.

I tried no rename/remove some of the files (some ppl suggested), didn't help..

I have also tried playing in low graphics, I tried to play the Arnhem map again, I even put the sound off... Guess what? It still doesn't work..

I have searched through many formus, with no help, and now I'm out of ideas..

And yes, I tried to search on this forum too!

Hmmm... I'm not the best guy for this kinda stuff. I assume you bought a legal version in a shop and didn't download it or anything?

Only thing I can recommend is waiting for the 2.301 patch which is due soon, as you can see here (http://www.totalgamingnetwork.com/main/showthread.php?t=147666). Otherwise I really don't know. :(

"Updated save game version. Save games previous to 2.300 will not be compatible with the current version of Company of Heroes."

Does that mean that saved games won't work anymore or this time they will work properly? :D

It means that save games previous to 2300 will not work. But they might if you try loading them when using the same patch they were saved in. But that would require reinstalling the game... :(

This happened to me on the 2nd PE mission, I just started at the first one and continued on to the 2nd. I believe it is a patch thing that causes saved games to not be compatable.
