Be all glad you guys can play BF2!!

This week all my new parts came delivered at home, this included new motherboard, new cpu, new HD, new ram, new videocard.


The old stuff screwed out my pc, sold directly, and started to mount everything in the pc, everything sits very nice togheter.

Power up the pc, BAM!! BIOS fails !!!! can't start up the crap.
Try to reset BIOS, doesn't work, try to flash the BIOS, and it seems the BIOS it's memory is corupted , so actualy the dam bios chip is broken,

Meaning, have to send mobo back, get one in return, will take about 10-14 days, for someone like me who games every day, this realy SUCKS!!!!

I have been without BF2 for 6 weeks.... My computer is still under repair. :(

Tonight I am packing up my PC as I am moving country again...so it will be on a ship for 3 weeks...so me without gaming for at least 3 to 4 weeks...then see how much trouble I have getting it through customs...

this is a PERFECT example of why I NEVER buy pc parts online. I go to local stores and yes sometimes i pay more but you know what? when something fails after buying it I quickly drive over to the store and exchange it. I never feel sorry for people that just have to save that extra few bucks and buy off the net then complain that when they have to send something back that the process takes forever.

it does suck though and I hope you get a speedy RMA. I myself would ask for a credit refund and go to the store and buy another mobo. you'll be playing way sooner.

Hey..I had a similar problem until I realized that I had to plug in the extra 4 pin AC adapter into my new motherboard ;)

lol, yeh i had that, never had to use the 12v 4 pin untill i went to 939, wouldnt work without it, but then someone wouldnt be so stupid as to not check the boot codes and where it failed?? ;)

lol, no I did not forget to place the 4 pin connector, I am not a moron, and even if I forgot to place it the mobo would start but give another error or not start at all.

But I have put some junk in my pc and now I can play again, not agains high fps or beauty , but I can play
