[BF2 won't start after 1.0.3]

I know there was like 20 topics about this problem, but meybe somebody solve it ...
After 1.0.3 patch bf2 wont start and crash to desktop after a few seconds !

AMD Athlon64 2800+
ATI Radeon 9550GE
512mb ram
MSI K8N Neo-Fsr mb
Last ngo drivers

Search the forums for the word 'refresh'. It's often a problem with the monitors refresh rate.
