The Europe In Ruins (http://www.europeinruins.com/) mod team have posted an update on their page apologising for the halt in development of the mod. However they are now working on the next version! Take a look:
The next version of Europe In Ruins will contain our first version of persistency. Units lost in battle will no longer be available and veteran units will retain their veterancy into future battles. It will also include a huge list of balance updates and the new four-tier doctrines created by Ucross. This will be the first version on our way to an actual war map.
