This was absolutely incredible! When we started the game we were quite intimidated since our opponents were clan members. It was VPC 500 on Montherme. We managed to push them down to 500-24, by then we were pretty confident in winning. Then one of the opposite players dropped and we were certain of victory! However we were a bit clumsy (eg I had put up so much defences I had locked myself away from helping my team mates) and the battle turned. For quite a while we were holding one VP while trying to get another one, we managed to get it for a few seconds lowering their VP's from 24 to 16. Soon thought, they managed to break through and capture the third VP. Whilst they were attacking my base I got some kind of lag in there so I couldnt see what was attacking me (shown on the pic). Defeat was a fact.

I tried to upload a replay but its 781.5kb and the forum limit is 488.3.

The reason why your picture is like that is because 2 V1's touched eachother in the air and a whole bunch of whoop *** was opened up. :D

This only happens when I've been playing games for over 12 hours straight and it's summer outside. So I think it was just hot...

Almost a year after you posted this (lol!) - but I got the exact same issue on several games with my old 7900GTX card.

Part of the video memory was shot and regularly did this....
