Dirt Roads?

Are they custom designs or is there a 'paint' for them? I want to make paths in the dirt as if they've been traveled enough to create something of a road. Is there an easy way to do this?

well you could go the easy way and just make roads with the dirt road texture.

I can and did but you know the dirt roads that have a two-tone look to them? You can see that where the wheels have been traveling made the ground lighter or darker...
