Connection problems

Whenever I go online, I have about 20 seconds before it says I have a connection problem. I can play most games online fine, but COD never works. :(

Do you have Mcafee anti-virus? what are your specs, what is your internet connection.

No, no antivirus stuff. My specs are:
2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
I GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
ATY, Radeon X1600 graphics card. My internet connection is okay, although it's a small ISP so sometimes it's poor. Also it's worth mentioning I can play CoH with most settings high and no lag.
