WOW!!!

How long did that take?

I'm just getting into my first map and it seems like it will take forever to get it right.

I haven't forgot it - but it may have to be an oil tower since I have to use default models and dont know if I want to use that cause it looks silly.

I have been on the island, back in 2001 - part of my month vacation in USA.

Don't expect it to be a perfect replica - again limited by models - I have not been there but would like to go, my only resources are pictures from the net.

You made me do something I've barley ever done...a double take

Heh

will this be in the next map pack perhaps???

Perhaps hopefully

How long did that take?

Worked on it for about a month and a half then took a month off - and starting to work on it again.

It actually is not snow - as you can see from the real screenshot it is what you call I dunno seawall - rocks that are coroded from the water.

I just happened to make the texture too white - it will be changed.

And no you cant go into prison - unfortunately I am limited to default models and havent had the time to learn modeling myself.

Although if you have Half-Life 2 you can check out my alcatraz map for deathmatch which you can go into prison and actually lock dudes into the prison cells.

Heres some screenies of that - if you download get beta2a
