Cust Map Loading

I've made a map I've sent the map to me m8s, but when they try and join the server it, crashes out before it finishes loading.

when i ziped up the folders into a client.zip it loaded all the way but when i clicked on join game it crashed out back to desktop.

please help what am i doing wrong.

You can package maps by going to mod manager at the top and selecting package mod. When you finished that you can create a new folder on your desktop and then go into your level folder via my computer and copy paste. the groundhemi file, server.zip, client.zip, and info folder into that folder.
