Those are not in .png format, since png's are too big of upload for the hosting site I'm using, but you get the gist of it.

Tell me what you think!

TredF,

You must have a lot of effed up **** on your computer if you can't run on those settings.. yours could easly max it out, and play at a more than comfortable FPS.

And I will post a pic with the FPS in the top corner using the console commander.

In reply to #7

The 6600GT usually bench's better than Vanilla 6800's, it is usually, the better card.

i have same setup, accept another gb of ram, and i have no problem running everything on highest. even when i had 1gb i could, so its your computer, delete some procceses in the background.

Just format actually... then all your problems will be fixed.

haha man that sucks for these peeps that do not have good fps, dude i play with 50 bots and all high on a vanilla 6800 and i still get 60 fps! I get around 80 fps with no bots. I have a gaming computer designed specifically for games but you should still be much higher. Defragment your hard drive, Check for Spyware that is a huge biggie. I highly suggest getting spyware doctor it is fantastic. Haha that thing found 78 infections one time on my pc, spyware really hurts the pc. Also close all processes, although i do not have to do that so i dunno whats up sorry.

Here are some I took a few minutes ago. The FPS is in the top right corner (small, but not very hard to make out).

Turned a few settings down, runs much smoother.

Lighting and Dynamic Shadows are a waste of frames. I keep those at Medium and everything else maxed and notice no difference.

So is it Lighting or Dynamic Light that has the bigger impact on performance?

I thought Dynamic Shadows and Dynamic Light were the 2 biggest performance impacters.

I made a mistake when i got my new stuff for my pc. I got EVERYTHING new except for hard-drive. So all that old ****, old drivers, old everything is still on the hard-drive. Im gunna reformat, because i know thats a big speed bust. Theres only one problem, ive been working on a stunt movie since the demo and i never get around doing it, so i have to do that first. Im not going to rush it either. SadMe im about 45% done, and its not like the others, i hopeing to top Mine.
