converting demos to avi?

When I play on a server that has battle recorder, and download the file, how do I convert it to avi or save it to my computer????
I cannot find the file in any folder in bf2? Is it there somewhere??

i got a problem this kind yesterday... i always found the demo files before in
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\demos and now nothing; after recording a bunch of demo for a new video!:confused:

How did you record them? Perhaps they are bookmarked in Community>BattleRecorder in BF2?
