low fps?

hi i only get 49fps on very hi setings 1680x1280 8800 card 640ram vista,dual core 6600,2gig ram.i read whith this card u sould get about 90-100fps.plus dx10 settings run really bad.thx for the help:)

for your resolution? also, you might wanna get rid of some other programs that run in the background. i am going to reformat again soon, and i'll probably see an up in frame rates
