Character Problem

When i start a game i cant see my units(squad they are like invisible) and my buildings too, i only see their icons (engineers you see the wrench icon) please help!!!!!!
I cant play if i cant see my units:cry:

but i can play the game normaly but without seeing my units =.=

i will post image too if i have time
