Hi everyone,
I recently bought CoH 2nd hand. I went to create an account online, and it tells me that the CD is already in use. I assume that only 1 account can be made for each game, or key. I asked the guy I bought it from if I could have his username and password to play online, but he told me he hasn't played the game online due to poor internet connection. He did wonder if someone has spoofed the key. He seemed genuine enough, and he did offer a refund.
I have got in contact with THQ UK, and they told me that they do not provide support for Relic Online, and asked me to email THQ.com, which I have done so. Still waiting for a reply. Seeing as I do own a legitmate copy of the game, is there anyway this problem can be resolved?
I understand, this is something only THQ or Relic can do, but just wondering if this has happened to anyone, and if anything can be done.
