Could Not Verify Media COH from COHOF install

Hi GUYS
HELP!!!!!! I purschased and installed COH OF over my orginal COH now the new game works but it doesn't recognise my code COH disc always saying "could not verify media"...so I am no longer able to access my Normandy campaign-just the brit and german..this is unacceptable BS...my orginal COH was bought at BestBuy and came inside a tin case along with military patches in a tin ect..
Any ideas or help on how to make this recognise my media of COH...
also game is pure BigBRother intrusion can only play game while on internet even skirmish and single campaign ...wierd..

did you try the enter new product in the COH menu? (also have it at its latest version?)

Yes I did 10x just get the 'could noy verify media'..I have had COH since its release date updated to latest version.. OF installes over it file with both games is 7.69 GB..I input key code then insert COH disc then get message as per directed..I can play all the OF stuff but no longer have access aka cannot unlock normady level:(
I also unistalled everything andformatted harddrive reinstalled COH all the way to latest update then OF and still get same message cannot verify media for COH disk...also can't get any help or suggestions to correct this-common guys HELP

not sure whats wrong. I got the Direct2Drive version. I first entered my vCoH key and it simply closed the menu and the campaign was availible. I then entered my OF key and it did verifying media. Since i had a digital download i then had to enter ym activation key. After that it finished verifying media and the whole game was unlocked. Try contacting THQ for support

Reinstall COH---don't patch----install OF see if it works
