MIC issues?? Try this:

If you are experiencing Mic problems where you are not being heard by others but you see the green icon appearing, ALT-TAB out of BF2 while playing and check your Windows mixer and see if the Mic is muted. If so..UN-MUTE IT!

BF2 apparently started muting mics on startup sometimes with v1.03 for some reason.

So...to recap...do not check your mic before or after loading BF2...check it DURING!

Not everybody knows...I do not think I have ever seen it posted on these forums worded that particular way.

Seriously.

People talk about unmuting the mic...but people are probably checking BEFORE they load or AFTER they're done. Never during ;)
