patching

i have reinstalled coh but when i go online it says to patch and so i allow it to install 2 patchs but after that each time i go online it fails to connect and yes i have checked firewall is allowing it, obviously there is like 3-4 patchs so im expecting it to patch these again like the others but it isnt, anyone help??

just a detailed run down of what ive done

-installed game and patched
-uninstalled game
-installed game and went to re patch
-patchs already download so it installed 2 of the patchs
-now when i go online expecting it to say u need patch blah blah it doesnt and instead fails to connect
