New ATI Driver Advice re. cli.exe process

Installing Catalyst Version 5.11 can cause problems with logging on to servers and general performance issues. A service (cli.exe) runs in the background and if you system is on the edge of being not compatible due to RAM requirements it uses up enough resources to cause slow map loading and slow framerates.

Yeah, it's been giving me problems when I had the Catalysts and now, when I installed WarCats. I just uninstalled it.
