A Good Mod with A-10 Warthog?

Anyone know a good Mod that has an A-10 Warthog? This would be the worst thing to hit BF2 since EA would probably make the plane too overpowering with it's 30mm vulcan cannon, rockets, laser guided weapons (don't know how a single pilot would be able to run the tv guided missiles though), and virtually impenetrable armor.

Red Crucible will have an A-10 Warthog.

US Intervention, Desert Conflict, Red Crucible, PoE (I think...) the list goes on and on. The A-10 is going to be on of the most commonly used planes in mods I believe.

damn, when i saw this thread i thought the warthog you were talking about was the one from halo XD anyhoo, yeah an A-10 thingy would be cool, but might be a little over powering :S unless of course they aim for arcade goodness instead of the evil realism

Perhaps the scroll wheel? Or the number keys? And remember Alt-Fire might be helpfull.

Possible weapon outfits:

Number "1" - Gun\Aim-9, Regular Fire = Gun, if you aim at a plane\helo, it locks on and you alt-fire a Aim-9

Number "2" - Cluster Bombs\Mavericks = Has the "bomb guider" like the F15, But also locks onto tanks and alt-fire mavericks.

Or maybe

Number "2" - Cluster Bomb\Rockets - Has bomb guider and alt-fire shoots rockets.

It's as simple as that, you just switch between them.

you would need to add an Su-25 frogfoot or summit for MEC and/or add more powerful AA to balance it out.

BF2 is adding the SU-25/39 for the MEC in one of their booster packs, and USI has the Su-25 with cannon, AA-8 missiles, 57mm Rockets, and 500kg bombs.
