I have done a search.
I have reinstalled BF2 threee time.
I think it might have something to do with my drivers, but I am not an expert so I am not sure. Here are my specs..any help would be greatly appreciated.

How can I tell which driver I have for my nvidia? I am thinking there might be a conflict between that and my video card?

You shouldn't have ANY nvidia drivers. Your card is ATI.
