In need of a good tutorial.

Okay guys, I recently got into this whole map-making thing, but I am finding it really hard to find a decent tutorial for a beginner. I have checked the support forums that are run by the creator of the editor, and found that useless. I have read the tutorials that are availiable on the BF2 website, but none of them go past baisic object placement. I need a tutorial that will go into vehicle placement, runway and helipad construction, shadows, Flag and spawn point placement, what you see off in the distance, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
