well ive had to reinstall windows therefore having to reinstall everything else. Well i cant get my account to retrive it says server refuses the connection or something like that. Soooo what do i do to get it back and playing BF2

What is the EXact message it gives you, when asking for help you cant say, "it gives me some error message" In order to recieve help you need to give exact detailed statements.

I have this thing, it bounces, but its not a football, its used for things or something.

Try creating a new account then try useing that new account on a server. Then try retreiveing again, most likely at the time you tried that, there was a problem with the server, try it more then 10 times within a 24 hour period. Other then that I have no idea.
