small server lists?

So I have everything updated to the 1.12 patch, but I get like server lists with like 20-30 servers...I filter out the full ones, so are they all full or is something wrong? Does this for both bf2 and sf

Turn off all filters and update the list.

Then choose a max of 5 filters and apply.
