Extended Terrain Question...

Okay guys, thanks to some of the guys here on the forum I've got my own map almost done, but I have a question that I couldn't find anywhere on the forums. Is there a way to add extended terrain to maps? What I mean is , set what you see off in the distance? I have a water map, but when you get to the end of the map, it just drops off. Is there any setting I can set that will show water going off into the distance? Or perhaps land for a land map?

Yup. It's called SURROUNDING TERRAIN. To see it, go to render/show surrounding terrain. You can see all the surrounding terrain, or just the terrain in the north for instance. Make sure that you texture the surrounding terrain, otherwise you will have a weird greenish glow engulfing it. :D Merry Christmas!
