Well its just a small suggestion but what if you assign people who are online a lot to specificly help people who are having troubles with BF2. Just an idea. Please post your comments.

Don't see the point of that, the only difference would be that they would have a special tag telling them theyre special. Any self-respecting person finds this ridiculous. I would anyway.

People will help either way, don't see the point of labeling these people because then we'd judge them and expect help from them. Just be thankful that we have people as it is that are willing to help with everyones redundant problems.

True the thing that I find is people giving advice for things that they do not have a clue on. Still keep the comments coming.

That's how a community works. When someone has a problem or a question, they make a thread. The other community members then comment on the thread, and if an incorrect answer is given it's usually found out pretty soon and corrected by another member in another reply.

As for having people designated to answer questions, that's also pretty pointless. Most of us here have a decent enough knowledge of BF2 to answer questions about it, and each of us has unique skills in other areas to answer questions about that. For overall forum support, there's an entire staff of admins and moderators that I'm sure would love to help you.
