45 seconds between posts now?

Now...maybe I post more often than I should...but I legitimately can post (something constructive even) less than every 45 seconds :(

Now I gotta sit and wait and keep clicking the 'submit reply' button over and over until the time finally runs out.

Is there a way to shorten this yet still retain whatever functionality this annoyance was originally designed for? ;)

I mean the Christmas season support ALONE is gonna suffer ;)

I will reduce it to 25 seconds. The main reason is to prevent spamming as you may have noticed the other night.
