Unmodified content problem (after patching again)

I now alot of people have had problems with this, and i have searched the forums, but my problem is slightly different. After SF went haywire i uninstalled BF2 and SF. Then reinstalled BF2 then patched to 1.2. BUT the unmodified content error still happens on some servers, and only a few let me join (the rest show the message)
I have heard of people getting this problem but not after patching the game.
So does anyone have any soloutions?

Check your patchlog.err file and see what files didn't get patched and which did please.

Im not sure what i should be looking for?
On most of it it either says
"old file does not exist"
or
"Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."
As i said im not sure what im looking for but from what im reading it doesnt sound good :(

AFter a complete uninstall, and reinstall then applying the patch the problem still exists. (i downloaded the patch again)

Patcher is just crappy. You propably can't get it to work in your setup ever. I know. I tried 10 times from scratch. Just grab the whole BF2-dir from your friend (after 1.12 installed) and copy to your computer. Only solution that works.

Which file is this line associated with? It seems to be your problem.

Is there any link between the servers that you can't join?
