How can I watch clan demos?

I just downloaded a clan demo from gotfrag.com and I'm not sure how to watch it. I remeber someone saying I had to watch it via BF recorder, how do I do this?

You have to put it in your Battlefield 2 folders somewhere. But I don't know where.

Lol, that's what I'm having trouble with. Anyone care to settle this? Help.

It goes right here C:\Documents and Settings\Family\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos

Then start your game, go to Community and you'll see it in the window on the right. Click on it and hit play.

If theres no demos folder do you create one?
