Nexar, why hasn't he been banned?

I sent DrunkenPirate a PM regarding Nexar and his continued abuse against me, my wife, our clan and many, many good members of TBF2. I have had no response and maybe I have not sent it to the right person or the head honcho as we would say especially since TBF2 has been bought out by MYIS.

Nexar is continually abusive, makes racist comments, including racist/offensive comments about peoples nationality. He has had posts removed before by DrunkenPirate regarding this yet he continues to do this and is still a member of TBF2 and this community. WHY?

He clearly has broken TBF2 terms and conditions on nearly every senseless/abusive/racist post he has made yet he has not been banned! I have seen people been banned for much much less than what he gets away with. WHY?

What is it going to take for TBF2 to ban this person? Why is he getting away with this? WHY?

Nexar not only reflects badly on all of the BF2 community but also TBF2 and MYIS yet you continue to allow him to spam his comments without retribution and then provide that for all the world to see? WHY?

Nexar is a proven stat padder who has had his stats reset more than once by EA, a griefer who constantly tk's for vehicles, noob ejector as he calls it he plays a ***** sniper so he can tk people out of jets "everytime" he doesn't get the jet and he totally admits to it, laughs about it and says he will continue to do so. He says he will do this on any server he plays on and when he gets banned he will simply join another server and continue this behaviour.

By allowing him to be a member of TBF2/MYIS says to your members that you endorse/allow/accept/tolerate what he is saying. I think you are sending an extremely bad message to the good BF2 community, especially to the new players that this is acceptable behaviour! Its deplorable behaviour, "not acceptable" behaviour.

Why has he not been banned permanently and what is it going to take for him to be banned? I cannot understand why the good people here have put up with him?

I'm sure you know how to use your own search engine to search for previous posts as Nexar needs no introduction!

I would appreciate a response regarding this matter as I would also expect many TBF2 members to expect an answer as to why you allow him to get away with his childish/immature/racist/abusive behaviour over and over again.

Use the TBF2 search function, type in Nexar and find out for yourself!

Thanks I appreciate that, I had no response from DrunkenPirate which I felt made me make a post about him. I did consider this to be more serious than the usual spam he gets!

A ban till Jan 11th is a slap on the wrist for him and he won't care less about that. Why isn't it a permanent ban? Search his posts, he doesn't care if EA CD key ban him and he has to buy another copy of BF2 which he deserves, so why will he care about TBF2 banning him for 10 days? Its hardly a deterrent. :rolleyes: Its hardly a 1st offence which deserves a warning or a temporary ban.

DMC I didn't mean to offend any admins or staff here at TBF2/MYIS or "attack them" but I was frustrated (by no answer to my PM which I regarded as serious) and I'm sure you can see the valid points I am trying to make that it took a long time before any action was taken against him and the action that has been taken is like a 1st offence which can happen for a single post, not 80+ posts of abuse/racist comments which you must be well aware of hence the "feed the community the carrot response". Do you really blame me? If so I apologise but you must see our frustration over this surely?

Anyway I "do" appreciate that at least some action has been taken against him, finally!

As I said he certainly would be welcomed by MygOt as a valued member! As I said Myg0t got banned, Nexar got 10 days, what's the difference? A liftetime!

Also it seems like I have to have taken the brunt of this (so be it) whilst the overwhelming majority of the TBF2 community would agree with me hands down, no contest! Ask them for yourselves or read the responses to Nexar's posts, this has been a long time coming! Its a pity none of the community reads the Feedback forum.

I thought the whole purpose of the Feedback forum is to give "feedback" to TBF2 which may include "constructive criticism"? don't look for any further help or explanations from me.

Firstly I would like to apologise to the TBF2 admins if I have offended them in anyway or come off sounding a little harsh towards them. I really should refrain from posting whilst intoxicated. Sorry for that.

I suppose I just let the frustration get to me by the constant abuse/racist comments that Nexar has made towards me, my wife and towards all the TBF2 members for a long time and that it seemed as though this was being tolerated for some reason.

Again I apologise and also appreciate you taken some action against him to show that, that kind of behaviour will not be tolerated thanks. I will refrain from posting whilst intoxicated from now on.

EA don't reset accounts for no reason, they reset because of stat padding, just like this little stat padders tip he posted and low and behold it also includes a racist comment.

Seeings how you are new to the forums you would not know that in fact I did ignore the majority of his comments. I didn't reply to the comments he made in the thread about how to run a server and do it right. In fact DrunkenPirate removed Nexar's abusive posts from that thread. :rolleyes:

Where have i said that i dont condone his actions??? There is never a better Pilot on a Server then Nexar so they have to clean the way for him. You can't loose with him in an jet when his own team isn't playing against him. And this game is like every game about winning. So the smurfs should except that nexar is better and give the plane to him, like we do, when we all play together. I dont do so they get forced to as easy is that.

I'm sorry to say this thread is heading to the vault as far as I can see, and fast. I realize that I'm not a moderator and I am in no way telling you fellows how to do your jobs. As far as I can see you do your jobs they way you think they should be done and that works for me. All I'm saying is I've seen threads that had a valid point, like this one, and then became nothing more than a flame war. I'm not saying I haven't participate in these 'flame wars' considering one such thread was mine. Issue is resolved as far as I'm concerned. It has been a benefit to the whole community as well and nothing more needs to be said. I did step out of line after the 1st post though did apologise for that because after the 1st post I was "not in the right frame of mind" to make a comment whilst being intoxicated. It easy to tell Oberst is not Nexar. Whilst english may be his second language he has a better understanding of english than Nexar does.

This was never intended to be a witch hunt against the whole of [BSF] We only have a problem with 1 member of [BSF] In fact a lot of these guys may not know that both Nastie and Nexar have been on our TS many times. It started regarding an incident on our server when Nastie tk'ed 4+ times in the one round for a plane. I banned him. After this we talked to them about it on our TS. Nastie stepped up to the plate and admitted what he did was wrong and assured us he wouldn't do it again on our server. That was good enough for us, so we immediately unbanned him.

The general comment from our guys was one of respect and "Those [BSF] guys are stand up guys."

We don't have a problem at all with [BSF] as a whole. Only one of their members. However I disagree Nastie, it does reflect badly on all of [BSF] simply because Nexar wears [BSF] tags. However we will agree to disagree.

That is 100% correct. Everyone of em'. I actually played with [BSF]Nexar tonight, and I have some pretty funny screens of him acting like a 13 year old. Then xOpht (Another BSF member) and acted the same way. And from my past experiences with NASTIE_BUTLER and v3ng3nc3 they act the same way as well. Looks like a new myg0t is starting up!

And he is allowed to be selfish cause you wouldn't be better if you would be in the plane.
