Want to get BF2.. Is my machine good enough?

I (mistakenly) ended up with Battlefield special forces yesterday instead of just BF2:rolleyes:

Anyway, been looking around today online at the size of the game and I'm wondering if I should even bother trying to run it on my PC now.

So before I go and buy the right game, what do you think of my spec?

AMD 64 3000
512MB DDR
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 128mb

It runs Call of duty 2 ok online (at 800) but does slow up when people chuck about 5 smoke grenades :laugh:

you will be able to run BF2 but on very low settings, you could get away with 1024x768 resolution and 100% view distance. more ram and a faster video card and you will do even better.

I'd sell BF:SF and buy BF2 and an extra 512Mb of RAM.
