night map FPS

Hello everyone! Ok my problem (its sort of a problem) is this: I keep my vsnyc on, to make things look better which caps at 60fps because my moniter is on 60hz refresh rate, ill raise it later. Of course I dont get a 100% solid 60fps all the time, but it hovers around there, and maybe 40fps, on Max settings. But I noticed, that in SF on the night maps, my FPS is capped at 30. Right when I leave the server and play a normal day map, or bf2 vanilla, my fps goes back to a 60 cap. And so Ill go into a night map again and it will be capped at 30. I know its a cap and not low fps because anywhere I go it never goes above 29.9-30 (trust me). Anyone know why this is or has the same problem or knows what I can do about it? Thanks in advance
