No, I'm not going to post this in the obscure, "Nobody Looks Here" Forum.
It might be nice if members had access to what the rules were regarding threads / posts. Seems the Code Of Conduct link is broken, or it doesn't work for FireFox:
http://www.totalbf2.com/forums/coc.php
It doesn't matter if it's a Firefox specific problem, as a large percentage of web users have Firefox as their default browser.
Warning: main(./includes/functions_bbcodeparse.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /coc.php on line 33
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './includes/functions_bbcodeparse.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/totalbf2/public_html/forums/coc.php on line 33
It also seems that a thread highlighting the hilarious side of 12 US servicemen losing their lives in the line of duty in a helicopter won't be deleted, despite reporting the original post, contacting a Mod who posted within the thread, and a post through the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page:

3 DAYS, AND NOT 1 ANSWER TO MY INQUIRIES.
This is a GAMING FORUM, and it really torques me off to have to wade through anti-(religion) (politics) (race) (religion) (country of origin) extremist posts to get to the simple GAMING INFO. I've had my share of posts regarding the rape of 5 year old children by 15 soldiers, THANK YOU. And NO, it's not OK if it stays up there for 12 hours while you wrestle with your PC politics. This forum is accessible by posters 13+. Do your job.
Why isn't the contact info available for the Admin of this site? The Mods amd Webmaster don't answer inquiries from site members, and we aren't allowed contact information for the site Admin?
Erhmm...
That yellow traiangle thingy with a exclamation mark in it, is so that you can report excactly these kind of posts...
I wont say why there are so many of these posts in here because then ill just get accused of being age-discriminant (Spellcheck?).... Oops... I think I did it anyway

Read up. I reported the original post, PM'd a Mod who posted within the topic, and when I received no reply, I used the contact link at the bottom of the page. No replies. At all.
2 days later, I show up to read a post titled:
Should Medics Carry Weapons?
This degrades into an international **** throwing contest within 2 posts, and a Mod actually chimes in on about the 4th post:
This is going out the window fast...
Then we proceed through posts disparaging governments of all flags, torture and dismemberment, child rape, etc. Did the Mod take a vacation? This is a GAMING FORUM. I want to know why topics are allowed to go so damn far out of line, whipping the entire comunity into a frenzy before reasonable measures are taken to moderate the situation. I'd also like to know why worthless piece of **** topics like this one, which just totally **** people off, are ever allowed to remain, IN ANY FORUM:

What is it!? Does TBF2 consider it their responsibility to permanently host every host every floating turd that comes down the pipe!? Every person who replied to that thread was totally ****ed off. Thread content = google hits?
Take out the trash!

Thats a good example, Glad you had a link to the thread. Being 45 (46 in about 20 days) and ex-military, Im not gonna do it.....Look some parents will spend large amounts of money so the kid will stay out of thier hair. Thats why you see some of the best gaming rigs owned by kids! What they should do is spend time with them and train them to be responsible members of society. That kid is a good example of what not to be like and if he had any sense he would apoligize for that thread, with the Moderators permission of course. On the up side though, I am glad that there are a very small number of people here that are like that. Thats why I usually direct people here who have BF2 questions "Good place to get a good answer". To borrow a phrase from WW 2 "just a Great bunch of Joes". . . . .Red

I'm sorry you didn't get the gist of my post, Red. I'm not expecting the members of TBF2 to do anything. I was suggesting that the Mods perform their function, and keep topics on topic, warn against flaming and improper content, and delete worthless, and / or inflammatory topics.
Here's a topic that outright flames a player right in the title:
http://www.totalbf2.com/forums/showthread.php?t=48636
If that was your Son, I think you'd have a word or two to say to the Mods, Red. Why is the topic just shelved, and not deleted? It serves no useful purpose, and is degrading... to a real person.
Here's a topic that definitely deserves to be archived for future reference, for the sake of the BF2 community. Chock full of subtle, yet relevant content:

Well, we have some fast Mod intervention on this thread!!
60 minutes, and I'm moved from the main BF2 forum to the "site members don't look here" forum. Good work.

Grow up. I personaly couldn't care less what you think. The community here likes to discuss all sorts of issues just like most other gaming forums. If you don't like it then i suggest you go look on the EA forums.
And leave the mods alone. Sure that 12 dead in the heli crash wasn't somthing to laugh about and yeah maybe it did need intervention but remember the mods aren't paid to be here there real people who give up there personal time just to help out.

You don't have to wade through any non-game related topic if you simply avoid the off-topic area.
Let me remind you this is a FORUM
Definition"fo·rum Audio pronunciation of "forum" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (fôrm, fr-)
n. pl. fo·rums, also fo·ra (fôr, fr)
1.
1. The public square or marketplace of an ancient Roman city that was the assembly place for judicial activity and public business.
2. A public meeting place for open discussion.
3. A medium of open discussion or voicing of ideas, such as a newspaper or a radio or television program.
2. A public meeting or presentation involving a discussion usually among experts and often including audience participation.
If you don't like the content, no one is forcing you to visit this site. We don't need you being the vigilante knee-jerk conservative morality police for a forum that you don't own nor are you the admin or a mod for. I am neither of these things either, I leave it up to the quite capable hands of the owners and admins of this forum to police the content, and in my opinion they do an excellent job. How boring would this forum be if it were all game related. We all have interests and ideas besides BF2 that we like to share and discuss with our fellow like-minded gamers. So I think I speak for a large number of us who would like to tell you again, IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, SIMPLY GO ELSEWHERE Last time I checked we all had the freedom of reasonable speech. I was one of the people that flamed that jerk about his Blackhawk comments and I for one would like the post to stay simply to show that most of us are rabid patriots and won't stand for idiots who degrade what our brave troops are doing abroad. (Flame away)
