Waaaa 3d mark 05 ERROR

whenever i run the program to benchmark my system it says there is an error with the direct 3d...i currently installed the z tweaked 82.12 drivers. is this normal?

Dont know to much about this but have you tried it with standard nvidia drivers instead?
What is the error message??
