My computer isn't working properly lately. first my USB ports aren't working, everytime i plug somethin in, my comp crashes. When im on my comp for a while, i will click shut down and when it goes to the "windows is shutting down" screen it just doesn't shut down. also now my DVD/CD drive isn't reading any disc that i put in. Does anyone know why this would be happening?
